Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition and include all original packaging, instructions, documentation, accessories, and, for watches, all original links.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Special-order watches
• Custom-designed jewelry
• Ear-piercing earrings
• Gift cards
• Engraved, altered, or modified jewelry beyond standard sizing or stone setting
• Protection plan replacement merchandise

Purchases made through third-party financing providers may be subject to separate return, exchange, and cancellation policies.

Certain products may be subject to a restocking fee.
